see all reviewsClass went for the full 2 hours. Warm up included 10m skipping, dynamic stretches, technical drills with a partner. Each student has 3x rounds of 2-minute padwork with the trainer, followed by in-depth techniques, then sparring and quick stretching. The class was structured with a lot of guidance and correction from the trainers. I enjoyed it a lot, even as someone with years of experience. Thanks to the trainers Ice and another whose name I didn't catch for an excellent session - the best I've tried in Bangkok so far.
