It’s one of the things that I love so much about RC - each teacher has a different style, and you can pick one for your mood and vibe. Kate is new but has quickly become one of my faves.

She also covers beginners to intermediate in one class showing all the options which i didn’t find in other classes. My wrists are quite weak and she showed me alternatives to still get a good sweat on. LOVED IT THANKS KATE! ❤️❤️❤️
