This was a great touch, bc the last studio I was at (my first time on a machine) the instructor didnât show me the machine and I was super nervous using it. This instructor had me feeling confident and comfortable! As a runner, this was an AMAZING dynamic stretch class. I will 100% be back to this studio and will be on the lookout for Staceyâs stretch class! Studio was super cute as well! I also wouldnât recommend walking in more than 10 minutes early so you donât interrupt the previous class.
