The only criticism is there isn’t much room to fully stretch out when the mats are jammed to tightly together, which would distract me from my practice at times. see all reviewsThe instructors here are all pretty great. Kendall and Blake are the best imo because they hype you up the most. The only negative I have about the class is that if you’re not familiar with an exercise there isn’t too much individual focus so you could be doing the exercise incorrectly but there’s no time for them to correct/help you. Just the way the class is structured so it’s not the instructors fault by any means. If you don’t have at least a basic foundation on strength exercises then this may not be the class for you. If you already know how to do most exercises, you will be able to reap the benefits way more.

see all reviewsRiley's class is always a challenge, and she changes up her music often. I like her classes and think hers are the hardest at Ride. My only complaint is that some of the other riders in front weren't following the beat. I can follow on my own from the back, but part of the energy of the spin class comes from everyone in the room being on the same beat and hitting the taps, etc. A few people up front were spot on, but enough people were off that we never got that high that comes from the whole class being in sync with the music

Isaias took the time to teach them to me and was so patient. I could immediately notice a huge difference in my form after he took the time to teach me. The pace/transitions moved fairly quickly, and it seemed like most people had prior experience with barre.
