She went over the machine and anything he needed to know thoroughly before class began, and kept a close eye on him, as well as everyone else, all throughout class in case modifications were needed. Her class was just the right amount of challenging to make you feel the burn without being overwhelming. We really enjoyed her class and will definitely be back!
