see all reviewsthe class was very intense. if you are new to working out you definitely want to avoid this type of workout until you build up some endurance. my fitness level is medium. it was definitely a challenge but it was doable. from the time class starts you either start on the treadmill or on the floor with weights. you jump straight in if you are on the treadmill with 3 different speeds to choose from 5,6,7. I opted for 4 to 4.5 and I was still getting a good burn and then I cranked up to 5 and 6. after a few minutes the speeds co tinue to increase. by the time the instructor got to 10 amd 11 i was spent and certain my body was like dont even try it lol. the instructor was super friendly and helpful. you have to push yourself to your limit, whatever that is and then build from there. everyone is in a zone. it's cool because it's a constant grind no time for playing, talking or small talk. you do that after class where there is a smoothie bar and everyone is pretty friendly. you can pre-order your smoothie to be ready after class. if you don't do this option you may have to wait 10 or 20 minutes or more. they don't make smoothies while they are doing checkin for the next classes. overall good workout. I felt like I was training for the military or a triathlon. one thing is for sure, if you are consistent you are definitely going to be in the best shape of your life. I love a good challenge so I will be back.

Someone said hi to me but then left me standing at the desk waiting as two employees were talking to a regular attendee. Which typically wouldn’t bother me but I found it odd that one of them wouldn’t step away to ask if I needed anything or to ask for my name to check me in. That wasn’t a great first impression but the instructor made up for it with her class.

This was a great touch, bc the last studio I was at (my first time on a machine) the instructor didn’t show me the machine and I was super nervous using it. This instructor had me feeling confident and comfortable! As a runner, this was an AMAZING dynamic stretch class. I will 100% be back to this studio and will be on the lookout for Stacey’s stretch class! Studio was super cute as well! I also wouldn’t recommend walking in more than 10 minutes early so you don’t interrupt the previous class.
