Body Rock Pilates was only the second studio I tried, and I’m so glad I did! Kena was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire session. I used to have a membership at Club Pilates years ago and from what I remember , this place surpasses that one in the time they take with you and the variety of exercises and tools they offer.

The girls are nice and friendly, the instructors are great and the routines keep you on your toes (sometimes literally)! I missed my fast class cos the I was late but they were nice about rescheduling and I had a great first class. I did the classics the first time and I recommend you do that too. The empower was a little more challenging but I loved it. Will definitely be back
