Classes are small so it feels like a private session which I love. If you’ve done Pilates at a bigger chain, sometimes it feels like you’re not even working out. Not here. They talk you through which muscles you’re working and make adjustments if needed. Very happy I found this place!

I’m not sure if you could use the yoga room upstairs but I was there for a cooldown stretch and they had lululemon mats! Nice touch.
