I sweated so much from my first 50 min class. My abs are sore. Learning to box has always been my goal or at least taking a class. This exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would come back!

Focus on weights and core no cardio but my heart rate was +170 so I know his philosophy to build more muscle to burn more fat was working. He tailors to each person fitness level so fist timers or new to the gym excellent place to start. Been working out forever this man also can strengthen you game with new sets too. #classpassinsider
