And let me say she is THE best teacher you will find in Northern California. And let me tell you I have looked.     First time doing boxing and loved the class! Atmosphere was engaging with the lights and screens. The yoga part was long holds of different yoga moves. Boxing was really fun after getting the hang of different jabs and technique. The strength part was a good challenge. Overall, instructor was the intense type and I enjoyed how he helps fix your form. He also gave great instructions for beginning boxers. Even though it was challenging, when I did need a break, the instructor was understanding. Would recommend for beginners looking for a really good workout.

    Josh was super effective and efficient. He designed two different routes for me to do and ended with stretching. While he was close by, he also gave space. Once, while he was checking on something, he must have heard me struggling and lagging on the rep, even then he knew and kept saying nice things to keep me going. Wish I could go every day.
