    I usually go to Barry’s but I decided to mix it up and I really liked this class! We went a few minutes over time, but the variety of moves (floor and tread) was really fun and challenging. Compared to Barry’s, the base level is a bit easier. For example, I usually go on the lower end of the weight and speed range at Barry’s whereas at Rumble I was on the higher end/advanced. Just something to note for those trying Rumble for the first time! Awesome class

    RHYTHM RIDE 45

    This was my first experience of the rhythm ride. It’s most similar to a Soul Cycle or other non-measured cycle class. While I missed the metrics (everything was by feel of resistance versus seeing the numbers) - I will say the class flew by compared to the standard signature ride. Sayre, as always, was amazing and music was on point.

    Great alignment cues. However, it was over an hour of level 3 power vinyasa intensity with essentially zero cool down - no stretching, just 1 twist and less than 5 minute savasana. Then as soon as we said namaste, they turned on loud cardio music to essentially kick us out to set up for the next class. It was really jarring for the mind and body. I’ll be back bc I loved the challenging flows and posture, but I hope there will be adequate time for cool down even when they move to the new space.

    This class was fantastic. Both challenging and relaxing. It was an emotional day for many of us in the room after the SCOTUS decision and Mark managed to make the class both joyful and empowering. Definitely recommend!

    Just moved from Chicago where I’d done Shred415 before and was welcomed here with such open arms!! Felt such community here, instructor knew everyone’s names and clearly remembered details about them. I generally love how encouraging Shred is, no one is trying to tell you exactly what to do in the workout, they encourage you to listen to your body and do what it’s asking!
