Awesome class! Trainers & staff were super nice and helpful. Google maps took me to Uptown (near Ross). Called the facility to confirm and they promptly guided me to Downtown PeralRidge (near CPK and Dunkin Donuts; old Fun Factory).Took the “weight lifting” focused class and it was pretty intense, but everyone was so motivating and the Trainers offered modifications to any workouts as needed. Definitely coming back again to try out their other classes and to do this one again!

60min HOT HIIT w/ Joseph Pilates Principles

Gloria taught a great full body workout class that was just the right amount of burn in each body part to feel the blood flowing for the rest of the day. The room was hot but not uncomfortably so and I really appreciated her attention and instruction for proper technique with each movement and options to make it easier or more difficult. She's an energetic and motivating instructor. I really enjoyed this class as part of my vacation!

    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2

Her mantra “start where you are” is my new favorite phrase. This was the first time I took Melissa’s class and I will definitely be booking with her again. She made me feel comfortable, confident, and I love how she did the whole entire class with us. An absolute queen.

Great class! Felt that work within 10 min of the class, my booty was burnin! Love taking raylees classes mainly because of the pace. She has water breaks, lets us know where we’re at in the workout, and is great for all levels.

    Beginner Pole

I enjoyed this class and liked this location! Bigger space, felt open. FYI it’s located in the first building facing Kam Hwy with Goodwill downstairs. Google takes you to the wrong locations in the back. Autumn got straight to the point! showed us different beginner moves, coach us on hand & leg placements, and made adjustments. I’m upper body challenged so I struggled but it was definitely fun! And I got a good bit of cardio. It’s also an intimate class there were only 2 students. Will take her class again.

    Snatched - Morning Class

The instructor was sweet and will definitely help you if you ask! I think this is a new gym, so they might be working out some kinks in their structure. The Snatched class I took felt a little disorganized, and while the workouts the instructor picked were good, I can see this class being tough for beginners to follow through if they aren’t familiar with general exercises. I would probably wait a while before going back, but I can see the potential for this gym! Also, to find the class, go around the perimeter of the Na Lama Kukui building to the back right corner. The entrance is not inside the little mall. I think putting that in the description would be helpful!
