see all reviewsInteresting class. It was definitely challenging but mainly because poses were held for so long. It was an extremely slow flow. There wasnāt much as far as learning advanced poses but I liked how he left room for people to explore what they wanted. He had a nice calm and accepting energy. The other advanced classes Iāve taken at this studio were a totally different vibe so I think itās nice to try both.

I like this studio but some of the teachers are a little over the top aggressive so this was incredibly welcoming while still packing quite a punch š„ (Iām still sore!) I loved this class so much!!!

The class is a self massage class meaning Angie asks the class what areas they want to target, and leads the class through difference exercises using the tools she developed. It was an incredible experience bc Angie really cares about teaching the technique and makes sure to adjust and tailor everyoneās postures based on their needs. You also really get *deep* with the exercises! My expressions throughout the class: š„“š¦ššThe studio is a little warm but not uncomfortable. Angie also just has the best energy!
