The massage itself was super intense. He got into knots that I’ve had for decades, and my whole body felt like jello after. At times I felt as if I was a passive participant in acrobatic yoga which allows for deep pressure (which I like) and some good stretching. She definitely loosened up my back. But instead of turning me away, Leela made the extra accommodations to give me the much-needed 60 minutes of restorative pure bliss. I’m upset with ClassPass, but so satisfied with the way, Leela Spa handled it. ClassPass: thìs kind of responsibility cannot be put on the customer or the service provider… be better.

For the last 6 years I’ve lived with stiffness, pain, and discomfort. I’ve tried so many massage places, but never where the massage therapist comes close to relieving my back pain. In the last 2 days, I booked 2 appointments with Ting. I want to give Ting a hug and cry of happiness because my lower back (and body) feels the best it’s ever felt. I have mobility with little pain and for the first time in 6 years my lower back doesn’t feel tight. My tightness is almost fully gone. I cannot speak highly enough of Ting! He’s amazing! He’s professional and courteous. I will forever be a client at this business now.
