    Excellent class! The theme was well executed throughout. The energy was consistently high with welcoming positive vibes. The soundtrack was top notch! The choreography was a solid mix of in and out of the saddle, jumps, isolations, side movements and presses. The instructor offered everyone encouragement, and regularly took the time to make sure everyone’s bike was set up ok and the form was proper, without being too pushy. Perfection! Highly recommend!
