Loved this class! Friendly and helpful instructor who was super welcoming. She demos all the moves which is very helpful for people who haven’t taken the class before.

    Classical Mat Pilates

This class was awesome! I really liked Cheryl’s flow - she’s very considerate when offering modifications and hands-on adjustment. I worked up a good sweat but the studio space is well ventilated and very clean. My only complaint is regarding etiquette during class - while I understand Pilates focuses on breathing techniques, in today’s class there was a client making excessive noise that was really distracting and felt inappropriate for a public space. This is not a reflection of the studio or instructor I’m hoping it was an isolated incident.

Fun class! Music was a bit too loud at times and I had a little difficulty understanding the instructor because of that and the mic being a little echoey. When we are laying on our backs on the mats it would be good if the lights could be turned off or down so it doesn’t bother our eyes. Otherwise it was a good workout!

Mallory is extremely welcoming towards everyone 💗!! Her workouts are beginner friendly, but can easily turn into an advanced class if you follow her clear cues. Her music is always amazing. It was my first 6am with Mallory, and her playlist was perfect. Extremely upbeat but not overbearing. 10/10 recommend taking her class.

    Radical Reformer/Mat/Tower Level 2

It was my first time in this beautiful studio. Andrea was super friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoyed this intermediate class and appreciated so much work using the tower as most studios just focus on the reformers. Great location too! I’ll be back for more!

Loved this class! Super relaxing and the instructor had a great sense of humor and was educational with why we were doing the stretches we were doing. I knew I was tight in my lower back but I found out HOW tight I was during class, lol. Would definitely come again!

Victoria is energetic, motivational, and passionate about her workouts. She challenges you to push each circuit while giving form corrections when necessary. She keeps the workouts fun but be ready to work! I've taken different classes here and they are all fun in different ways. I'm not usually one for circuit or group classes, but Victoria truly cares about fitness and form. It keeps you coming back!

    Multilevel

It was my first time at this studio and the reformers are a little different from other studios in SD (not my fave but it’s just my preference). We mostly used the tower which was good for a change and felt pretty challenging. The instructor explained all the moves so it was good. The only thing that was interesting is that there are only 2 chairs in the studio so we all did some different exercises while 2 other people were using the chairs and then we switched (it was just a small part of the class but I never experienced it as usually there is a chair for every person in other studios, so you all do the same moves at the same time). Overall, I liked the class!

Once again, Vanessa always knows what I need! I’ve been lifting heavy for a change and then take days off at a time due to my work schedule, and this class really felt like it was the realignment I needed! The breath work is really a treat, and taking the time to focus on intention and movement really helps with mind-muscle connection which I feel often gets overlooked at other studios and in my daily workouts! Ty Vanessa! Will always be a fan of this place!
