    The Combo (55 Min)

Great class! It was only my second time at STRIDE but it was good energy. I dislike being in the front row though; I wish I could reserve a treadmill number via ClassPass. I also should’ve gotten there a bit early, as almost all the weights were taken so I had to grab a 5 lb and didn’t feel much resistance during the floor work.

Korena is an awesome instructor. She pushes me to my limit then asks for an extra 10-15 seconds. Her flow thru the movements is in sync with the workout. Great class !

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

Rachel greeted me at the desk. She was very kind and explained what the class was and what equipment was needed for the class. Before class started, she had a playlist going. I ended up singing a few of the tracks while we waited for the class to begin. At any rate, if you are new to Hot Yoga, this is great for beginners. This class is a combination of moderate intensity, but you go at your own pace. The heat level was definitely tolerable.I did not feel like I was going to pass out at all but I enjoyed a good sweat.I enjoyed that my limbs were warm enough to get through the warm up and complete the workout. It was challenging, but not to the point you felt like giving up. She explained some moderations for those who needed it.

The instructor is simply amazing. Her guidance was very clear and made me feel comfortable enough to try advanced poses. The music was very unique and made me “travel to India”. I totally recommend Michelle’s class!
