see all reviewsI rarely leave reviews but this is hands down the best yoga studio I've been to! The venue is super spiritual and spacious. I had the privilege to have a private class with George today. He's absolutely amazing in giving instructions and tailoring the class to your ability. I felt like I was on a cloud afterwards. I'll be coming regularly now. Highly recommend you try a class here you won't regret it!

see all reviewsThe class is very fast paced which can be a challenge if this is your first time. I suggest coming a bit more in advance, the training team can show you around and explain more in detail how everything works. They were also very attentive during the workout even though there were a lot of people and were checking on me, helping me with exercises etc. My advice is to listen to your body - if something is too heavy to lift or do the exercise properly, grab a lighter dumbbell. They have lockers and showers but there’s only 2 or 3 showers for 30 people.
