    Wow- might be my best experience in class pass so far. This studio had a great vibe, and Andrea was incredibly knowledgeable.     Great instructor, even though it was her first time teaching. Her pacing was good and I appreciated that she took the time to visually demonstrate the moves where she was standing on the floor. She was also active about walking around to check positions of both people and the machines. I will say though that it is annoying to see an instructor looking at her phone very frequently though and this is the second class I have been in where I’ve noticed this. It seems that CST50 does not require instructors to memorize routines so a lot of them are constantly referring to their phones. This instructor managed to do it without losing her connection to the class but the classes would definitely have a more seamless and professional feel if they required instructors to have no phones.

    I like all the classes at this location. All the instructors are great, but Nicole’s classes seem the best for me. She knows exactly how far she can push the group to be challenging. If you want to try Barre but you’re nervous to try something new, this is by far the best local place to try it, they do a great job with all levels and they don’t let your form stray in a way that’s not good for you. Their packages are pretty good too, if you decide it’s something you have the time to commit.

    They've recently changed their class schedule so this is no longer "Jess Strength" but "Advanced Strength or Weights." It's basically a strength training targeted circuit workout. There were a couple of other people in the gym working out on their own and boxing, but I basically got a one-to-one with Victor who challenged and pushed me in a good way in the 9 exercises he had me do. It was a good workout though I didn't feel like I went overboard, but I'm definitely feeling it now in my legs! I want to go back and try their boxing class.
