As an F45 first-timer, this studio was super supportive with a positive, yet calming atmosphere. The playlist was excellent. Jane made sure to continuously check in on me, to advise and correct my form. The woman at the front desk ( forgot her name 😳might be Gabby🥴) who just made me feel so relaxed and welcomed! Workout is very challenging, but you’re encouraged to do what you can. Coach Jose is excellent! He’s encouraging and supportive, adjusts to your skill level, while making it a challenging experience. His programming is super legit as well. Excellent class for both beginners and intermediate level boxers. Building is very cool. Looks newly renovated/refurbished. If I lived locally I’d definitely join this gym. Definitely returning on my next visit to the area.
