see all reviewsInstructor and class was great. The outside lobby noise during class was not. I know part of the practice is to work with whatever comes your way. The blaring music with a pounding beat was not helping my nervous system. Please consider keeping the music outside of the class quiet during a practice so it’s not competing with the instructor, or their music or the peace of the class. Thanks!

see all reviewsI definitely believe that with repeated participation that I can keep up more with the movement offered. This class is hard and thankfully so there is room to grow. The movements do feel very fast and I like to move slower to ensure control of my pelvic floor and abdominal conning. Each person can modify within what is offered and can do what they can do. I like to try to stay to the beat of the music to get that extra encouragement. Looking forward to building stamina!

Their team just needs to allow time to shower after the 6am class (class ends at 7am and they don’t have front desk until later in the day so you only have 15 min if you want to shower as the instructor leaves at 715am for another class). Other than that, highly recommend!
