see all reviewsGreat class. Very organized and structured. The instructor(Matt) made sure I was doing the moves correctly. But also they do have the moves playing on a screen for each station. Only thing missing was some stretching after. So I’ll give this a 9/10. Highly recommend

The best part is the coach tells you to do everything at your own pace which is what I’m really looking for in a gym! Music was spot on and made the time being there even more fantastic! A lot of equipment to choose from! I can’t wait to train here again thank you for the most burning calories work out in gonna feel it tomorrow! You will leave feeling stronger for days and a workout class here. Everyone was super nice and water breaks in between sessions. I recommend this class to everyone I can’t wait to be back! My abs and Body thank you
