see all reviewsAs with any new class, a little overwhelming as a newbie but instructor Cody was awesome! From the get go, he was super positive and welcoming. Throughout the class he made sure I knew what I was doing and gave me pointers along the way. The atmosphere from the others in the class wasn’t quite as welcoming but Cody made it a very positive experience for me. The workout itself was challenging but can cater to your own fitness level. This was a great workout overall! Thanks Cody!

see all reviewsThe class was exciting and fun! It was a great combination of dancing and toning. I liked Angela’s instruction and encouragement. I wish there was much less echo on microphone because it was hard to hear what the instructor spoke for the first half of the class.

see all reviewsI actually cannot recommend this class enough. I always feel so strong and empowered after. This instructor is one of the hardest but one of the best. She takes the time to memorize everyone’s names and hypes you up during class. Such a great sweat!
