    Been going to the river north and Fulton market studios for a month or so now and so far, Andrea is my favorite trainer (especially for that 6AM class). She keeps the spirit up, pushes you, checks on your form, encourages you but also doesn’t discourage or make you feel self conscious when you can’t keep up. Will definitely be trying to go to her classes more often!

    Bungee Workout for Beginners

    Really loved the idea of this class, and Jacquelin had great energy! I will say that the skills it takes to workout here are not intuitive exactly. So ask for help if something feels wrong, my instructor was very supportive. I did find the fast pace + having to adjust to the belt/suspension thingy while squatting/pushing up a bit confusing, but I was also stoned, so. I overall appreciated that we went fast, bc despite being a novice at the technique, I still worked up a great sweat.
