    Awesome workout, really pushes you. One of, if not, my favorite workouts! My only complaint is they don’t do much of a stretch on either end of the workout & it’s not very encouraged to stretch after; the cleaning crew kind of rushes in right when the workout is over.

    Really good! Super unique. My first time and I’d absolutely do it again. It takes a bit of coordination, which I don’t have, but I got the hang of it. Also uses the shoulders, and I had to make adjustments to that for me. The instructor was great on so many levels.
