The last time I only heard her say hello on the computer to two people but there are so many people in person… and since she’s catering to the people from home she doesn’t walk around the room to give any adjustments. The computer set up also takes up a bunch of room since no one wants to be in the computers camera shot. Still love her classes regardless!

see all reviewsWonderful instructor. I had not been to yoga class in years and this class was completely non intimidating and it stretched and elongated areas that don’t typically get addressed. It was easy to go from move to move because you hold stretches and positions. The instructor made corrections and walked around at various times even though it was live streamed, I did not feel that that took anything away from the in person experience. I walked straighter and taller after this class and felt amazing. The studio is beautiful and spacious and the staff is very nice. I am definitely coming back and adding yoga back in to my routine.
