There were no partitions when I received procedure. Some other lady was sitting behind and could see how I am getting bikini waxing 😩 very traumatizing. No changing room no shower to wash after or before. I am giving 3 stars because esthetician was very friendly and caring. Technique needs an improvement. Was quite painful. However service with ingrown hair, scrubbing and mask was pleasantly surprising and nice of her. But procedure and whole situation was very tense and awkward.

A plus is that she can cut both on wet and dry hair. My sister prefers cutting on dry hair and she was very happy. I prefer on wet hair and was also very content. I asked to take out the dead ends and to keep the hair as long as possible. She did that very well! I would recommend her as well for hair colouring, hair botox and wimperlifting! Thanks Jasmin!

see all reviewsNaja, nach der Begrüßung kam erstmal, wieso ich nicht zur Terminvereinbarung angerufen habe; leider steht auf der Seite von CP, dass man nix mehr machen muss. Dann wurde ständig über CP gemeckert, dass ja nix funktioniere. Eine andere Kundin hatte für die gleiche Uhrzeit einen Termin für Hände und Füße lackieren; da habe ich mich schon gefragt, wie das gehen soll obwohl mir kommuniziert wurde, man habe meinen Termin gesehen und angenommen. Ich wurde dann auf eine Liege gebeten, die mit einer Seite komplett a.d. Wand stand und die Kosmetikerin hat sich dann neben mich gestellt. War irgendwie komisch; so kenn ich das nicht und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass das jetzt so wischi waschi gemacht wird, um halt von CP das Geld noch zu bekommen. Abgedeckt wurde ich mit einem kleinen, löchrigen Spucktuch; kein Haarband, kein großes Handtuch noch drüber. Es wurde mit dem Unterdruckreiniger unkontrolliert auf meinem Gesicht ge“tupft“; dann ohne groß zu fragen entweder Microdermabrasion oder Needling gemacht? Auf jeden Fall etwas, was die Haut etwas mehr bearbeitet und unser Tag am See damit eher ausfiel. Maske, Serum und Abschlussserum drauf, ohne die vorherigen Produkte abzunehmen. Zwischnereinigungen gab es leider auch nicht. Ich hatte leider Produkt im Auge, Ohren und Mund und konnte erstmal nix sehen, weil es gebrannt hat. Insgesamt meine schlechteste Gesichtbehandlung und alles etwas komisch. Trotzdem zwei Sterne, da es sauber aussah und die Dame freundlich gewirkt hat.
