I moved from Japan three months ago, and when I had the same treatment done there, it usually took about two hours. That long appointment time was stressful for me, and I eventually stopped going. This time, I wanted to lift my mood before a trip, so I decided to give it a try. I was honestly shocked that the whole session took only about 20 minutes, even without nail removal. Not only was it fast, but the quality was excellent, and the color turned out exactly the way I had hoped. Even though I don’t speak much English, I felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout the visit, which made the experience even better. There was also an adorable shop dog that made the atmosphere even more relaxing—it’s truly a dream for dog lovers like me. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for the beautiful nails!🥹🫶🏻

But in the description it says that the manicure included getting rid of dead skin cells aka scrub, and a hand massage. Neither were included in the treatment. When I asked her about it she put more bodylotion on my hand, rubbed it in in a few seconds and said: ‘this is what I mean by message, I didn’t know how to word it any differently’.
