Full-body Sol Formers (Intermediate)
see all reviewsFinally a megaformer studio in Geneva! Other studios in the city only have mini or microformers. The compromise is that the studio is abit cramped with less space in between the equipment. The style of instruction reminded me of many megaformer classes I've taken in the US and the workouts are well thought out and definitely full body. Two suggestions - 1. ventilate the studio better, more fans! and 2. please spread out the classes in English throughout the week instead of four scheduled on Thursday and nothing for the rest of the weekdays.

see all reviewsI really liked Nathalie’s teaching and the class overall. Very cute studio and nice atmosphere as well. I was expecting the class to be more intense/cardio/with less pauses, etc. but I think there are limits to what the teachers can do in a class with 6/7 people with different levels and seeking different intensities. I had fun anyway !

see all reviewsI liked the class per se, but I found the teacher a bit disconnected from the class. No indications on form or posture, no cues on timing to perform the exercise, which is the entire essence of Lagree, etc.. The instructor was not Lucie by the way, was someone else. I normally do Lucie’s classes and I like them better

see all reviewsCaroline is an excellent pilates instructor, the exercises are well designed and adequately challenging for an intermediate class. She was quick to adapt to the needs of clients and attentive to making adjustments. However, the studio would benefit from mirrors and better ventilation.
