see all reviewsThe class didn’t really feel all that beginner friendly. Everyone else in the class was in the prior session and used this as an extension of their training. There was no equipment set up, I had to frequently share with others (though no one else had to), there was little to no explanation of the exercises or any form correction and overall I felt it was more of a class for ‘regulars’ and didn’t suit the class pass attendee.
