    I love the run classes at Altitude. it's by far the most fun I have ever had on a treadmill. the instructors here guide you, at the same time allowing you to customize the speed to your preferred pace really allowing us to challenge ourselves where we can. I would definitely be attending more Altitude Run classes in the future anf highly recommend giving it a try if ypu haven't yet. 10/10!!
