This class starts with a warmup up and progresses into weight circuit training with bars, dumbbells and kettlebells. The class goes for 45 minutes and wraps up with planks, crunches and some floor exercises. Mats are provided. Danielle is great at demonstrating the proper form for every exercise and you can tell those exercises are working because she looks amazing. All in all, a good experience.

see all reviewsThis was BEST barre class I have taken! I’ve been trying to find a studio that I’ll really enjoy & I definitely found it! The staff was friendly & very helpful. Morgan’s workout was GREAT & the music was great as well. It’s hard to find a studio with music that I like, but I really enjoyed the music selection. Be prepared to SWEAT! I’ll definitely be back!
