The only thing I would say was that there are so many people and doing two things at once the instructor can’t correct your form or anything, but I thought it would be chaotic but it wasn’t at all. Definitely feel like I got a full body workout

Could tell cami is actually trained in pilates unlike some of the other teachers, there was a nice mix of low impact well structured sequences blended with higher intensity faster movements. The class was well structured and not chaotic like a lot of the other classes I’ve been to and nice focus on form without rushing transitions. Got a serious burn on! Lovely music too. Not sure why others are saying the class was too much like Pilates - reformer is a form of Pilates, it’s not meant to be a hiit workout if you want that do reshape. More of this please!

The instructor was so friendly and went around to everyone taking the time to get to know their names and ask about any injuries etc which was such a nice touch. During the class she offered lots of tips on when to breath in and out, how to get more out of each exercise with constant reminders to improve technique. Thank you so much! We started with a warm up (floor and body weight exercises) then competed as pairs (rowing + weight exercise). The remaining of the class was circuit based workout in pairs as well (weighted sled, battle ropes, dumbbells, medicine balls) with a tough finisher and cool down stretching at the end. As for Craig, he was very energetic and motivating. Pushed us real hard. Probably one of my favourite classes so far
