see all reviewsKaren was soooo nice and attentive! It was my first time doing a CrossFit class and she made sure that I was comfortable and didn’t make me feel any less since I was new. Most importantly she constantly checked in to ensure I use proper form and not just rush through the explanations and workouts. If I wasn’t moving away from this area I would definitely be a regular!!! I recommend this class!! 10/10!!!!
