Havi treated each member of the class with attention and kindness. <3 i felt part of the group from the moment i walked in, and havi took special care to ask us of our needs and our reasons for attending the restorative yoga class. we were guided through the most enriching and pleasurable asanas for 2-5 minutes each, with plenty of opportunity for deep breathing. this was followed with (rose petal) aromatherapy and a live sound bath from Havi. wow. above and beyond. the anxieties and fears from the devastating fires in los angeles have been weighing heavy on my mind and creating resistance and tension within my body. havi helped us to find some time for ourselves amongst the stresses and overwhelm of the week. thank you so, so much ~ <3 deeply appreciative of the work you do and excited for others to experience havi's loving energy.
