The space is big so doesn’t seem like a lot of people per se, but I couldn’t get a cable machine out of the 8 that they have, and I was there off peak! Every machine I wanted was always occupied and you’d have to wait around at least 5 mins. Saw others doing the same.

The gym was a little smaller than I anticipated with some very dated although well maintained cardio machines. When I completed my workout there was nowhere to stretch/do some kettle bell swings and it was a morning visit so can only imagine what the evening is like, overall I would go again if only for convenience and the pleasant experience.

It also has a sauna and a decent swimming pool and all the typical machines you would expect. It also has a really cool interactive boxing circuit station. Would absolutely recommend it.

J’ai apprécié les salutations proposées et le rythme qui permet de travailler les ashtanas. La prof fait les exercices en même temps que nous donc cela aide pour suivre, je trouve que ça serait super si elle pouvait passer nous aider à améliorer ou corriger des postures, surtout quand on est loin d’elle. Le petit hic c’est qu’au fond de la salle on est proche des machines donc c’est plus difficile de se détendre avec le bruit, mais ça reste un très bon cours avec un suivi sur plusieurs semaines : allez y sans hésiter !

Het was een hatha les die wel iets weg had van een slow flow, maar dat vond ik zelf heel prettig en er was veel aandacht voor het correct uitvoeren van de poses. Qua intensiteit en duur van de les vond ik het ook perfect. Ik kom zeker terug! Klein minpuntje vond ik dat de ruimte wat ‘ruig’ was voor een yogales, maar goed je bent natuurlijk in een sportschool en niet in een yogashala!

Good balance of boxing and floor work (ie not too much floor). And I must add that the studio is great. The front desk (and Wayne as I mentioned) are super accommodating and welcoming. The showers are lush. You feel at home here.
