    First time doing this class and it was great! Diane the instructor was welcoming and encouraging. The entire class welcome me with open arms and kept an eye on me the entire time to make sure I was okay. The class was engaging and challenging but not impossible. I will be back every Monday and Wednesday. To improve on my stamina!

    Class was very challenging! Great workout overall. The only critique I have is how there weren’t any instructions given to the exercise. I kept hearing her repeat a few words with no idea what they meant, so I just made up my own move. Even from watching others, you could tell they didn’t quite understand either. Instructor was super nice, just wish it was a little more instructional for first timers.

    Belly Dancing

    I did the belly dancing class with Martha! She was so sweet and friendly and really took her time breaking down the specific dance moves which was much needed for someone like me who doesn’t pick up the moves first time around. I wish the class was two hours long because class ended just as we got the hang of it! She teaches different styles and this time we learned a Kuwaiti version. I wore workout clothes and yoga socks but next time I’ll bring a scarf to wrap around my hips and maybe some ballet shoes without the grip on the bottom like my socks had.
