see all reviewsOverall I liked the chamber itself. I did the beginner level, it was only 3 minutes long and you get to pick music to play. That being said the ladies helping me moved and talked really slow, the vibes were odd forsure lol. It was a 3 minute chamber and it took 40 minutes overall, making me late to my next appointment. She also insisted I take a tour but that was unnecessary as I could see everything I needed to without the tour. I’d definitely go back to a cryo but maybe a different location
