Great class. Excellent music selection. Lots of work on hips/hip openers which I needed. Poses/holds systematically worked/engaged entire body. Instructor also had a very soothing calming voice when giving verbal cues.

The direction was a little hard to follow, a few minutes lag with calling out the next move. I would suggest not doing the poses with us to help anticipate the next move. She was very nice and interested in teaching tough.
