    Teacher was super knowledgeable. Kept cueing through all the exercises, so I didnt dread the hard ones! She automatically gave modifications for every exercise which I appreciated, bc I knew how to modify if I started to get tired.

    TRAIN

    Lauren is objectively a 5 star instructor. I’d even go so far as to say she’s the best in Boston... and I’m an instructor elsewhere myself so that’s saying something. Her workouts are tough but she’s so welcoming you don’t feel intimidated. Best combo!

    First class back since Covid, and it was great! Best work out class, great instructor, music. Class was difficult, but not impossible and the great thing is you can modify to your own level. Masks were worn. I’m still not 100% comfortable with sharing machines/weights with covid rates rising, but class itself is amazing. Greg deserves a lot of credit for his playlist and ability to flawlessly teach basically two classes at one time.

    Instructor is awesome and hilarious. You may be intimidated by her (today she was wearing a shirt that says "How to talk to me while I'm working out: DON'T lol love it), but she's really cool and nice! I love this class. It's a great way to incorporate weight lifting/strength training into your routine

    John was encouraging and the class was fun! The other members were friendly. The gym can be hard to find (and the building is locked!), but a coach will periodically come let students in (or you can sneak in behind someone leaving). Definitely recommended!

    The class goes by so fast and you really get motivated by the clock. I dont strength train a lot so this kind of small class with the instructor personalizing support and help was perfect for me. 10/10 coming back and bringing friends!
