    Rock the Bells (50 Min)

As a regular, Dustin is by far my favourite instructor at S&T. His classes are effective (no booty bands here!) and his infectious energy is unmatched. I love how he encourages everyone to life heavy and explains the science behind each move.

Brendan is absolutely the best instructor!! Better than any other Barry’s tbh. I love his classes, they’re always challenging but can keep up without dying ;)

    Interval Run

I love the run classes at Altitude. it's by far the most fun I have ever had on a treadmill. the instructors here guide you, at the same time allowing you to customize the speed to your preferred pace really allowing us to challenge ourselves where we can. I would definitely be attending more Altitude Run classes in the future anf highly recommend giving it a try if ypu haven't yet. 10/10!!

Great class! Boot camp style with 4 different stations that you rotate through. The instructor was very clear, very supportive and ran the class efficiently. The studio is big and the change rooms were spacious & had lots of products. I love the stretching area!

Honestly you need to try spinning with chuck - it was so awesome. He knew everyone in the class by name, including the two new people, and was very motivating. He was also funny, had great music, and would even fill up our water bottles for us while we were spinning.
