Big plus they have 2 machines to train both abductors and adductors đđ. The dumbbell options have up to 60kg I believe. Even though Iâm not that strong to use them, it might be useful for those hardcore weightlifters đ

There were towels in a couple of the lockers for people to use but they were not regularly being replaced. I did have five different lockers until one did eventually lock but I really liked how you did not have a key to care for during the session as it was locked with a personalised 4 digit code.

see all reviewsGreat spot, so nice to have privacy in the gym. Really clean and nicely equipped. Would come back again. Only thing Iâd recommend is to have an emergency phone in the waiting area in case someone (like me) forget their phone in the studio post session and canât get back in to get it. Lucky I had my Apple Watch so could call the emergency number.
