The facility is very relaxing with the dim orange lighting, incense, and gentle music. The tea was delicious. The instructors were welcoming and helpful. I brought my bathing suit with small pieces of metal by mistake and they were burning me in the sauna room. When I asked for help, the instructor quickly went and grabbed a towel for me. The cold plunge was the coldest I’ve ever done. It’s quite the challenge. The instructor was encouraging but not pushy. I appreciated that. Unfortunately there’s not a change room where I could shower and change into clean clothes. Otherwise it’d be perfect.

    Soul Slow Flow

First time here and loved how beautiful and chill the studio is. They're full service so they provide water and all the equipment needed for class, including mats. The class itself was great. A slower pace but instructor provides modifications to make it more challenging. Overall, great experience. Only critique is that sometimes I felt the music in the class didn't sync up with the rhythm of the movements (too fast, or upbeat).

One of the best studios in the city. Instructors are awesome, front desk staff welcoming and a beautiful space. I was sad to see 2 guests mistreating the front desk when they were doing their best to accommodate them as they were late. Jaybird team: I appreciate you! ❤️

CP Cardio Sculpt 1.5 (50 Mins)

It was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.

    Stretch and Infrared Sauna Experience

The class was not what I had expected! It was a 15 min 1on1 stretch class with Walter, a personal trainer, who was great. Afterwards, the balance of the session could be spent in the infrared sauna. The stretching was v effective so I was glad to use the sauna after. Space was v clean and staff was friendly and welcoming.
