see all reviewsI will admit I was really skeptical when I walked in and saw Jules was subbing for Lauren - the music was different, the energy was different, and it just felt like a completely different vibe from Lauren’s usual Sunday morning classes. But it turned out to be great. The class had a nice flow and was challenging without being overwhelming or intimidating. It was a good accidental introduction to Jules - I am more willing to signup for her classes going forward too.

see all reviewsI did not expect barre to be so hard! I was for days after. The music was fun, the instructor had great energy and enjoyed the modifications on exercises. I will say though, the room used for barre can get a little hot despite it not being a heated room.

That being said - the rest of the class seemed to be very much into the music and momentum so I’d recommend her class for anyone looking for a high energy workout.

I did reversed table top and inversion for the first time ever (with some help) which was so exciting and encouraging! The classroom and the gym in general is clean, spacious and filled with natural lights, unlike most other gyms I’ve visited. If I didn’t have a gym membership already I’d sign up right away.

see all reviewsSo glad I discovered PiBarre with Amanda! I’ve been trying so hard to find a prenatal friendly workout and so happy I found this. The class is deceptive - looks easy but it is most definitely not. It BURNS all of those small muscles! I never thought I’d ever be doing Barre, but this class definitely doesn’t require you to be a graceful dancer. Can’t wait to explore more classes with Amanda!

see all reviewsIt was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
