see all reviewsCariassa’s class was one of my favorite classes I’ve taken in a very long time! I used to be a regular at pilates republic, but have recently been taking classes at other studios. Today was my first time back at Pilates Republic in a while, and Carissa reminded me of why I fell in love with this studio in the first place! Carissa explained everything perfectly and always made sure to emphasize how we should be breathing with the exercises which I love. She radiates so much positive energy, and I look forward to taking classes with her more often:)
