see all reviewsI tried It's Fitness in Elmhurst today for the first time through ClassPass and took a TRX workout — wow, I had no idea how challenging suspension training could be! Every move really engages your whole body in a way machines or free weights don't. Michelle was an excellent coach. She guided me through the circuit with clear form cues and kept encouraging me to push my limits without ever feeling overwhelmed. Thanks to her, I got a great full-body burn and left feeling stronger and accomplished. The studio has a welcoming vibe, and the class was well-structured. Definitely coming back — highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their strength training in Elmhurst!"

The instructor explained everything clearly — stance, punches, footwork, and defense — with lots of individual feedback. As a total beginner, I felt like I actually learned good form instead of just swinging wildly. Very well structured and worth it. I’ll be signing up for more!
