It was my first time in this class and I was a bit scared. Hope was very friendly and helpful, she took the time to show me all the parts of the machine before we started, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident. Highly recommend!

    Restore & Nidra 24

I loved Emma's class. I was lucky to try it on a very quiet day, and Emma's guidance was super gentle, exuding such beautiful, calm energy. The restorative poses are great for stretching and winding down, and the Nidra body scan was so relaxing, with rainy tingly sounds in the background. I wish this studio was closer to where I live, but I absolutely recommend and it is worth the bus ride as it's also the cheapest yoga studio I can find on Classpass.

Siri was fantastic, really welcoming and helpful. She was really encouraging during class, giving tips and corrections to make sure we were all lifting correctly. Really challenging class but felt so great afterwards (very wobbly legs though)! Will definitely be back, this is a great little gem in the city centre for a punishing but rewarding work out!
