She’s also a physio so she tends to throw in little tips and tricks throughout the session to help you incorporate better posture and stretching during your regular day. This is a studio I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to reach their health goals away from the testosterone heavy “gym-bro” vibe that is prevalent throughout Sydney. PS: I would have tried this studio sooner had I known that the Reformer Pilates class isn’t heated 😆
