I was happy to discover it, and although it’s not for me I would recommend it to everyone looking to condition their body, increase flexibility and strength as well as gain confidence. If Natasha saw that one of us struggled, she came and helped each and everyone. I also liked the choreo: we could optionally film ourselves and I enjoyed it so much!
