Pam is such a great teacher its clear that she knows what shes doing, her postures were restorative and connective to one another without being boring. The vibe in class was wonderful and the heat was perfect. A great end to a Sunday thank you Pam.

Don’t let the title fool you — this class was spicy! I loved Kavita. She had a great sense of humor and kept the vibe light even though the class was intense. The majority of the class was core, followed by some deep stretching. I wasn’t incredibly pleased by the front desk staff. He barely even acknowledged me, even though I told him it was my first time at the studio.
