    Y6 Restore

Lauren’s style of Y6 Restore is my favorite way to end the day! I come from an hour away just to attend this class! It’s so relaxing and we just hold the poses for a while. Very beginner friendly. Your body gets a chance to release and reset with this method. The most therapeutic yoga class I’ve ever attended! I am recovering from surgery 2 months ago and I came in sore from Pilates the day before and I felt so much better after this class!

    Bike to Barre

Loved the vibe this instructor (Katelyn) brought to class! The bike to barre classes are my personal favorite and I love that they added having an essential oil cold towel! I hope they continue to have those for us to cool off with

Great cardio kickboxing class led by Stephanie! The class was a challenge, but she provided plenty of options to modify for your own pace and her upbeat support kept me going.

    HPF - Hot Power Fusion

The instructor was incredibly nice and accommodating. The people in the class were also very nice and I definitely felt welcomed. The studio was really easy to navigate as well. I really liked the small class size too. I’ve taken a few hot yoga classes before, but I will say that this was one of the most challenging classes I’ve ever taken. I would consider myself to be a beginner still as I know most of the poses and enjoy classes usually. This is not really a class for beginners, but if you’re willing to stick the class out, you may learn something new! ☺️
