    Amazing class!! Music wasn’t too loud (!!). Most importantly the instructor was amazing. He gave demonstrations for every move and also they actually flowed together which is always a challenge but important to mitigate injury. He was really phenomenal!

    I love this class! It’s a great mix of challenging strength work and stretching muscles I don’t use very often. The teacher is absolutely lovely - I appreciate that she remembers everyone’s names and is actively engaged with her class.

    Myke is easily the best instructor there. I am not a morning person in the sense I will workout but I have limited energy and things to say. And he always makes me smile and pushes the class and gives modifications + checks on form. 10/10

    The workout was great. I was beat and sweating. The instructor was nice but instructions were minimal. If I was a beginner I would have been lost. The gym is bare bones - I liked it, but be prepared. The class was small. I will for sure go back.

    My session with Coach Debbee was great! It ended up being 1x1 in Meridian Hill Park, which meant I got an hour of personalized training. Coach Debbee is really friendly and attentive as she led me through a full body work out that got my heart rate up. She also showed me how to tweak some exercises in my existing rotation to make them more effective. I was definitely feeling it the next day, which is what I was looking for!
