I’ve taken solidcore and core power classes and found them way too intense and hot as I was getting back into working out … this class was not heated (thank goodness) and Yat was so encouraging and a great instructor. I’ll be back to this one for sure

The other members were friendly and also very helpful. I recommend this place to almost anyone and I can definitely see myself using my class pass points to come back here.
