She gave such clear instructions, which was so helpful for those in the class who were new to reformer Pilates (and also for people like myself who need some extra guidance). She was so encouraging, always telling the class how strong they were and providing individual encouragement. Sherry is my favorite instructor that I have had so far at yoga hub and would love to see her have weekly classes at the Castleknock location!

Appreciate that she provided a range of options to ensure you’re as challenged as you wish. Only quibble is that there are too many reformer beds in such a small room.
